Police in Cape Town are investigating a shack fire that killed two children aged two and three-years-old.
The two toddlers were asleep when the fire blazed through the shack on Thursday.
The mother of the toddlers was out at the time running errands.
Police spokesperson Nondumiso Paul said officers are looking into claims of arson.
The Philippi community have been called by police to help the investigation.
