Julius Malema says voters are not angry at the ANC

ANC Youth League president Julius Malema says the recent spate of service delivery protests were not directed at the ANC.
Speaking at a meeting in Durban on Saturday, Malema said the anger of the people was directed at municipalities' councillors.
He said communities that took to the streets complaining about service delivery were in fact warning the ANC.
The warning was to say that the councillors were not doing what the ANC had mandated them to do.
