Eskom has warned that there is a strong possibility of blackouts that could accor across the country.
Power outages are a possibility because of the planned maintanence which leads to an increase in unplanned maintenance and a rising demand for power.
There is no confirmed load shedding at this moment.
It is said that the system is in the red and Eskom does not have the reserve to put in place if a disaster should occur .
