A hot air balloon accident occurred on a farm in Stellenbosch this morning.
On the accident four people were injured.
ER24`Derrick Banks said that paramedics arrived on the scene and found emergency personnel treating the injured and one patient was in a critical condition.
Banks further said one patient was treated for suspected neck injury and broken leg.
Banks added that the pilot and another passenger sustained minor injuries.
