Metro Police officers arrest 29 suspects

The City of Cape Town Metro Police officers arrested twenty nine suspects including twenty motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol.

They also issued 206 traffic fines during the weekend operations and crime prevention patrols across the city.

Yesterday a motorist was arrested for driving under the influence of alcogol at an accident scene in Voortrekker Road.

According to Deputy Chief Yolande Faro,members of the Camera response unit responded to an accident scene in Goodwood.
