Rights group Section 27 says they have not seen sufficient action from the Limpopo education department in terms of textbook delivery and the province’s education catch-up plan.
Section 27’s Nikki Stein says they are prepared to go back to court if the Limpopo authorities don’t respond to their concerns.
They are, however, hoping for a resolution to the problem before they have to resort to another court case.
Stein said they have asked the departement for a date by which the delivery of the textbooks will be complete and haven’t received any response from them yet.
