The Department of Correctional Services has confirmed media reports that Jackie Selebi was re-admitted to hospital on Tuesday.
The former police commissioner is current out medical parole.
Selebi was released on the 20th of July after serving 229 days in jail.
Chief Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Corrections James Smalberger said Selebi is still in hospital and will not disclose of his current health condition.
He also said that as the department they can not disclose the Hospital he is been sent to.
