The fastest driver on earth will attempt to set a new world land speed record at Hakskeenpan in the Northern Cape next year after searching four continents for the perfect natural track.
Andy Green plans to drive the Bloodhound SuperSonic car at one-thousand-600-kilometers-per-hour to break his own record.
But it’s not only about speed.
Green says it is also an international education initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers and mathematicians
