Dewani still not well enough to stand trail

It may take months or even years before the British businessman, Shrien Dewani to be extradited to South Africa.

Dewani is accused of masterminding Anni Dewani`s murder in Cape Town, in 2010.

London Magistrates Court heard on Friday that Dewani’s depression has improved but that his post-traumatic stress disorder remains severe.

A psychiatrist, who had examined Dewani told the London Court that, he was not well enough to stand trail.
