Africa added that three

road blocks were conducted by Western Cape traffic officials over the weekend.
Western Cape Traffic Chief Kenny Africa
said 2 401 vehicles were stopped and checked at the road blocks and 822
drivers were tested for alcohol.
A total of 1 334 drivers were
prosecuted for exceeding the speed limit.
Traffic officials arrested 15 drunk
drivers.
