Four arrested with explosives

On Monday morning Cape Town
The police arrested four men with explosives.
The men are aged
21, 27, 33, and 37 years-old.
Police Spokesperson Andre Traut says the men are suspected of being ATM bombers
“We also
confiscated commercial explosives, fire arms and police uniforms” he said.
The men will appear
in court once the have been charged
