The National Union of Metal workers of South Africa have sent their revolutionary and best wishes to the African National Congress leaders on their celebrations of 101 years.
The ANC celebrations started in 2012 and on the 8th of January this year celebrations came to an end.
Numsa National Spokesperson Castro Ngobese said that it’s the ANC that liberated the country from the grip of apartheid eighteen years ago.
“As much as workers have made significant advances under the ANC’s rule, we still believe that there is more that could be done by the ANC to improve the conditions of our people” Ngobese said.
Ngobese also said “we are calling on the ANC to move with speed in implementing a radical programme that is geared towards improving the socio-economic conditions of our people”
