Western Cape MEC of Environmental Affairs
and Development Planning Anton Bredell today said the provincial government is
part of a municipal benchmarking exercise.
Bredell said the benchmark will enable
municipalities to put strategic plans in place to ensure financial viability
and stability over the short-, medium- and long –term.
