The National employees association of South Africa has expressed their delight at the free market foundations announcement that it has brought a constitutional case against the Minister of Justice and the Minister of labour, to change what it believes to be unconstitutional legislation that has lead to the loss of millions of jobs.

Spokeswomen for the National employees association of South Africa Sya Van De Walt said they fully support the FMF in its challenge because they agree with the notion that the extension bargaining council agreements to non-party members will limit job creation.

“We are glad that the Free Market Foundation has taken this step; we know that it is going to be very challenging, but we know that it will also challenge the system and put pressure on the system to re-look the current structures” van de Walt added.
