A man arrested for murder in Athlone

Western Cape Police have confirmed that a
man appeared in the Athlone Magistrate Court
The body of the man was found by police
lying in a street with a gunshot wound to the leg.
This is one of three shooting incidents
which took place in Cape Town
Police Spokesperson Thembinkosi Kinana said
whilst they were still attending to the scene, a man was reportedly having gone
to Athlone Police station to hand in himself, the Police opened a murder docked
and the man was taken in and charged with murder.
