A man was seriously injured in an accident near Umhlanga

An accident this morning on the N2 south near Umhlanga has left a man critically injured and fighting for his life in hospital. 

It is believed that the man lost control and the car rolled over several times. 

Netcare 911 Spokesperson Chris Botha said the injured is in a critical condition in hospital.

The exact details and the cause of the accident will remain the subject of a police investigation.
