Two accidents in the Western Cape leaves one person dead and nine injured

Two different accidents this morning has left one person dead and nine people injured. 

In the first accident eight people were left injured in an accident involving a bakkie in Atlantis. 

Western Cape EMS Spokesperson Robert Daniels said seven men were critically injured and another left in serious condition when their bakkie rolled on the R304 in Antlantis and all eight were rushed to hospital.

In the other accident which took place in Wellington a car accident left a woman dead and another person injured. 

Western Cape EMS Spokesperson Robert Daniels said the man was seriously injured and the woman left dead when their car went over the edge and the man was rushed to Paarl clinic.

The exact details of the cause of both accidents are being investigated by police.
