Abbotsdale residents to receive houses

Western Cape MEC of Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela is today expected to hand over 150 housing units to beneficiaries in Abbotsdale. 

These houses are part of the Abbotsdale housing Project which is situated outside Malmesbury. 

Ministerial Spokesperson Zalisile Mbali said the municipality has already delivered over 400 service sites and this is in line with the department and incremental housing approach strategy which aims to deliver more service site first and houses later

“The project has a budget of approximately over R40 million and will deliver over 500 houses.” Mbali added.
