Looters arrested in Limpopo

Twenty
people were arrested during the weekend in Limpopo this follows
looting of spaza shops mostly belonging to foreigners at several villages in
the Maake area.
Police
also confiscated goods including furniture and building worth thousands of
rands. All the arrested appeared in the Maake Magistrate Court today.

Spokesperson Hangwani Mulaudzi confirmed that they had operations which started
last week in the Maake area due to protests as a resulted of service delivery.
Mulaudzi added
they were able to retrieve some of the stolen goods that were stored in the
houses of those arrested.
