The boy identified as Zach Isaacs was knocked
over by a car as he was on his way to the shop.
ACDP Provincial Leader Ferlon Christians has called on the arm of the
law to ensure that justice is served.
Christians said that they want to compliment the police for arresting the perpetrator adding that it was excellent work.
Christians concluded that they are very
saddened by the incident. The ACDP has conveyed its condolences to the family
of the four year old boy who lost his life.
