WC Agri-Female entrepreneurs encouraged to enter competition

Opportunities, Alan Winde is calling on top entrepreneurs in the Western Cape’s
agriculture sector to enter the Female Entrepreneur Awards.
The Female Entrepreneur Awards
is a partnership between the National Department of Agriculture, Forestry and
Fisheries and the provincial departments of Agriculture.
He says in 2015, “A Western Cape female farmer, Tenjiwe Kaba, was
selected as one of the country’s top agri-entrepreneurs”.
Kaba leads Moyo We Khaya, a
community garden in Khayelitsha tended by women farming in vegetables, he
concluded.
The competition is due on 3rd
June 2016.
