More legal moves in Selebi case

The defence in the corruption case of former police commissioner Jackie Selebi has asked for an application to put on record various complaints against the prosecution, including receiving statements from them late.

Selebi's corruption trial continues in the South Gauteng High Court today with convicted drug lord Glenn Agliotti back on the stand.

An application by Selebi’s defence for Judge Meyer Joffe to recuse himself was dismissed last week. Observers say the latest application could be seen as another move by the defence in anticipation of a later
