Three cyclists were killed outside Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo this morning.
They were struck by a motorist who had apparently been trying to overtake a truck.
A fourth cyclist was injured and rushed to hospital.
Provincial traffic authorities say the motorist has been charged with culpable homicide.
Eden District’s Emergency Medical Services rescue manager says two men and a woman were declared dead when rescuers arrived on the scene this morning.
