Afriqiyah Airways says it will fly relatives of those killed in the plane crash this morning to Tripoli in Libya.
The company said aside from transportation it would also offer accommodation and assistance for all concerned.
In a statement on the airline's website they said all the legal visa requirements would be granted by Libyan immigration authorities upon arrival in the county.
Meanwhile the remains of 96 people have been located so far as cleanup operations continue and the investigation into the cause of the crash gets underway.
The airline confirmed that 104 people were on board, including 11 crew members, and an eight-year-old Dutch boy is the only survivor at this point.
Reports say the boy is undergoing surgery at a hospital in Tripoli.
