When bad light stopped play on Tuesday's second last day, New Zealand were reeling on 98 for seven after Makhaya Ntini and Dale Steyn had ripped through the batting line-up. New Zealand need 249 runs to win. Ntini took four for 41 and Steyn three for 35 on a pitch that continues to play havoc with the batsmen. Ntini already has nine wickets in the match.
