South Africa’s first innings took an ugly dive at the Wanderers this morning. After resuming on 133 for four on the second day of the third and final Test against New Zealand, they soon collapsed to 161 for nine. Shaun Pollock and Makhaya Ntini dug in for a while to up the score to 186 before the Black Caps also got rid of Ntini. South Africa had a first innings lead of 67 runs as New Zealand was about to take the field for their second innings a short while ago.
