Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a group of men, who shot three men at a petrol station in Strand last night. The suspects allegedly walked towards the Caltex petrol station in Broadway Boulevard, and fired several shots in the direction of the petrol station. According to police spokesperson, Randall Stoffels, the incident took place at approximately 7:30 P.M. Stoffels says that the three men, aged 21, 27 and 36, sustained bullet wounds to their left leg, head and right arm respectively. The men are all in a serious but stable condition at a nearby hospital. Stoffels says that the suspects fled the scene on foot and are still at large. The motive for the incident is still at large. A search for the suspects has been launched and a case of attempted murder has been opened for investigation. Anyone with information regarding the incident are asked to call the Crime Stop number of 08600 10 111.
