Two men were killed, and another was wounded during a shooting incident in Belhar on Tuesday night. Police spokesperson, Randall Stoffels, says that police were alerted to Da Gama Street, in Extension 13, at approximately 9:50 P.M. According to Stoffels, the three men were approached by four unknown armed men, while they were sitting in a motor vehicle. Stoffels says that the men, aged 25 and 36, died on the scene, after sustaining bullet wounds to their head and chest respectively. The third man, a 20-year-old, sustained a gunshot wound to his upper leg, and is currently in a serious condition at a nearby hospital. After the shooting, the four suspects fled the scene on foot. Stoffels says that the suspects are still at large and that a motive for the incident is still unknown. Police have opened a case murder and attempted murder for investigation.
