Two police officers were found dead in Kleinvlei after a recent incident when a Claremont Superintendent was wounded and his three children murdered at their home.
Police spokesperson Randall Stoffels told the Cape Times on Thursday a Policewoman and a policeman was found dead, after being alerted of a shooting at the house in Skool Street, Forest Park.
The woman aged 30 had been confirmed shot in the head and the man, 26 was shot in the neck. They were members of the South African Police Service. Their names are being withheld until their families have been notified.
Their deaths would be monitored by the Independent Complaints Directorate who will probe into what exactly happened.
