The Independent Democrats chief whip, Avril Harding has lashed out at the DA’s visit to the Mbeki’s Retirement home.
This comes after DA Chief Whip, Douglas Gibson along with an envoy of journalist arrived at the Mbeki’s retirement residence.
Harding says that the visit is nothing other than an act of political small-mindedness.
He said that the only objective the DA achieved is to push up security costs of the retirement home “now every Tom, Dick and Harry knows where they live during retirement.”
He added that Gibson’s visit was motivated by nothing but naked racism.
