A woman was shot dead yesterday morning during a shooting incident that occurred in Collen Road, Manenberg.
The 25-year-old and her friend were walking in the road when the occupants in a grey Golf fired several shots at them. The women was rushed to hospital but died on her way there. She sustained a wound on the left side of her chest.
The suspects are still at large. The incident is believed to be gang related but police are investigating all possibilities.
