# The Age-in-Action invites senior citizens to enter the Pretty Things for Little Things Competition. The competition began on the first of June and it will run till 31 August 2007. If you are 60 years and older you could win prizes by making something pretty. Entry forms are available at Shoprite and Checkers. For more information call Age-in-Action at (021) 426 4249
# The Goodwood Library will host the holiday programme, “Your Stars say Read”, until the 13th of July. The programme started on Monday at 11:00, it will run till this afternoon. Wednesday 11th July it will start at 11:00 am till 12:30 pm. A scrap booking course will also be held for the 8 to 13 year olds. The cost is R10.00. For details phone (021) 590 1561.
# Iziko Museum 2007 multi-faceted Winter Public programme began Saturday the 7th of July and it will till the 30th of this moth. This programme offers events for all age groups.
