Kraafontien police are looking for eight-year-old Candice Kasper, who was last seen by her family on Saturday in Hartebees Street, Scottsdene.
This brings the number of children that have gone missing in the Western Cape, in the last month to five. Three of the five children that have gone missing were found dead not to far from their homes.
“She is slender build and has black hair. She was dressed in a red skirt and did not have any shoes on,” says police spokesperson Elliot Sinyangana.
“We have not been very lucky thus far, because the information that her mother is giving to us is not helping us to find the girl,” says Sinyangana.
Anyone with information can contact the Investigating Officer, Captain Nicolaas Pienaar at the Kraafontien police station on (021) 980 5500 or (021) 980 5548.
