The Aids Resource Centre at 30 main Road Sea Point – between Woolies Food and CNA – is offering free HIV testing, counselling and support between 11.30am to 6.30pm on Wednesday and 10am to 4pm on weekdays. Walk in or book on 021 433 2017 or 021 439 4721.
Aviva Pelham will host a show entitled Aviva the musicat the Baxter, on Wednesday December 19, at 2pm. The show will feature young singing talent as part of an upliftment programme. Tickets cost R28. To book and for more details call the Baxter box office on 021 680 3989.
Talk2Sales is offering a 20 – 50 unemployed people between 18 and 35 years with sales experience from Mitchell’s Plain and surrounding areas, an opportunity to earn about R500 through upliftment work in the community. Full training provided from the International Trainers and Mentorship programme. Contact Reggie on 021 419 0021/2 between 10am and 7pm.

Any healthy person, especially those belonging to the O blood group, who would like to donate can go to the WPBTS Donor Centre at 22 Long Street, Cape Town or call WPBTS on 021 507 6300/6364.
Cape Town Child Welfare is seeking people, preferably under the age of 45, to become adoptive parents or emergency parents. Any stay at home mothers, with slightly older children of their own, should consider this way of making invaluable, but temporary contribution in a baby’s life.
