A bus accident in Johannesburg has killed two people and left 36 others injured while one person is in hospital in critical condition.
The accident took place on the N1 south between Hammanskraal and Pretoria on Sunday morning says paramedics.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Nick Doolman said that the bus collided with a barrier after which the bus then overturned.
“We attended a total of 38 people, two died on the scene. One is in critical condition while 35 were treated for minor injuries and all were in stable condition,” says Doolman.
He elaborated that the bus has not been removed yet and traffic have been diverted.
