This morning MEC for Local Government and Housing Richard Dyanti will address his department employees on the launch of the Anti-Corruption strategy.
According to department spokesperson Vusi Tshoshe the MEC iniatiated and embarked the programme with special focus on municipalities, communities and material suppliers.
“The process led to one person being arrested and found guilty by the court of law. The department’s strategy will assist employees in order not to find themselves on the wrong side of the law,” says Tshoshe.
The address will take place at the Capetonian Hotel, Pier Place in Cape Town and starts at 9am.
