Exactly a month after the death of his son, popular Gugulethu butchery owner, Mzoli Ngcawuzele has received a death threat.

The bizarre threat was delivered to the entrance of his butchery.

He was contacted by the police while he was at home, when they informed Ngcawuzele of the threat.

On arrival Mzoli saw what he calls a ‘funny thing’ where there was a headless chicken with a note next to it.

“The note reads, I am going to follow my other children because I am next to die,” said Ngcawuzele.

Mzoli added that a forensic team also came and it is now up to the police to follow up on all the information provided by the forensic team.

This is the forth calamity to hit the Ngcawuzele family in four years.

The only daughter and only surviving child of Mzoli, Sisanda was kidnapped in December 2006.

On January 2007 his son Unati drowned in Strandfointein beach.

Recently, 04 July 2009, Mzoli buried his heir Mandisi, who died in a car accident.
