African National Congress deputy president Kgalema Motlanthe has today signed a memorandum of understanding with the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement.
The aim is to further strengthen the two democratic movements to be more viable, stronger and accountable.
An inter-party committee, comprising two representatives from each side, will meet quarterly in the first year of the agreement and half-yearly thereafter.
