Two people died in a head-on collision involving a Citi Golf and a Land Cruiser on Botfontein Road in Kraaifontein this morning.
ER 24 spokesperson Tristan Wadeley says both occupants of the Golf were dead on arrival of paramedics.
“The driver of the Land Cruiser sustained minor injuries but declined being transported to hospital.
It is alleged that one of the vehicles was on the wrong side of the road when the incident occurred. Police are investigating the collision,” said Wadeley.
