ANCYL Chairman charged with fraud

African National Youth League (ANCYL) Limpopo Chairman, Frans Moswane will be charged with fraud following reports that he continued to draw R35 000 monthly salary despite allegedly not having reported for duty since June last year.

Frans Moswane will go in front of a disciplinary committee by the Sekhukhuni Municipality, where he worked as a communication officer responsible for research with only a matric certificate.

Spokesperson of the Sekhukhuni municipal Willie Mosoma has confirmed in a statement that due processes will be followed against Mr Moswane.

His former employer the Limpopo Economic Development Department wants Moswane to pay about R146, 000 he allegedly continued to draw as monthly salary even after he resigned in 2007.
