Today a second year University of Johannesburg female student committed suicide.
The student leapt from a 10-storey building in the Johannesburg CBD, on the corner of Fox and End street.
The student lived in the building with her child and husband.
The University of Johannesburg student jumped with her seven-month old baby strapped to her back.
It has been reported that the women was married and was having marital problems at the time.
Emergency Services Percy Morokana was reported as saying that the woman’s husband was receiving counseling on the scene.
Police are investigating the incident.
