Blue Bulls prop Bees Roux is certain that he will walk away scot free from any drunken driving conviction.
Last Friday Bees was pulled over by Tshwane metro police in suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, before allegedly beating a Tshwane metro police sergeant to death.
A source from the Tshwane Metro Police Department told a media organisation that the police members failed to test his blood alcohol levels.
The source stated that the police members had enough time to test Roux’s blood alcohol levels and follow standard police procedure, but they did not they were caught up in their anger.
