African National Congress Youth League leader, Julius Malema, will be pushing to regain support at the ruling party’s National General Council in Durban.
Political analysts say Malema will try to convince the council to adopt a nationalisation policy as well as wipe his disciplinary record clean.
Malema received a public lashing from President Jacob Zuma earlier this week.
Zuma called for the ANC’s various leagues to come into order and realise they are not alliance partners, but merely subordinates.
