Mbeki challenges South Africans to have a common identity

Former president Thabo Mbeki while addressing the Royal Bafokeng palace in Rustenburg yesterday, challenged South Africans to discuss common identity.
Mbeki stated that a common identity was needed irrespective of race, gender, age or creed.
Thabo Mbeki has also warned that the things are hindering the country from obtaining unity and cohesion, is the division in language, ethnicity and race.
He asked all South Africans to take pride in being the cradle of mankind and contributing to global civilisation.
