Durban Magistrate’s Court heard that the trial of the man accused of spilling his drink on President Jacob Zuma will start on the 10th of December 2010.
An investigation against 31-year-old Daryl Peense from Alberton in Johannesburg, hasbeen completed and the State says it is ready to proceed with the trial.
Peense, who claims it was an accident, faces charges of assault.
He briefly appeared in court today and was accompanied by three people.
