The case against the widow of acting judge Patrick Maqubela has been postponed to February for another pre-trial hearing.
She appeared in the trial hearing today where we heard that four Cape Town judges will testify the prosecution.
Acting Judge Patrick Maqubela was found dead in his lavish apartment in Bantry Bay on June 5, 2009.
