The African National Congress’s executive member, Ngoako Ramatlhodi has stated that Sandile Majali was mistreated because of his selfless contributions to the ruling party.
Ngoako Ramatlhodi was speaking yesterday at the memorial service of Majali in Johannesburg.
Ramatlhodi said Majali was an example of what public opinion can do to an individual.
The controversial businessman was found dead in his Sandton hotel room on Boxing Day.
The family of Sandile Majali have initiated an investigation into his death.
