About 11 accidents happened in Johannesburg on Saturday since the start of heavy rains.
In one incident, a 28-year-old man crashed his car into a stream in Bryanston.
ER24 spokesperson, Werner Vermaak said, “Paramedics found the man sitting soaked next to his vehicle in the stream between trees.”
He was treated for multiple injuries.
Motorists have been urged to drive with care on Johannesburg’s wet roads.
