Police officials are waiting on tests that were conducted on medicine found in the hotel room of businessman Sandile Majali.
Controversial businessman Sandile Majali was found dead in his room at the Sandton Quatermain Hotel in Johannesburg on Sunday morning.
Gauteng police spokesperson, Lieutenant Lungelo Dlamini, said they are waiting for the department of health to give them its findings which will inform the direction the investigation will take.
Police are now investigating the incident.
