The African National Congress is angered by a hoax email on social networking site Twitter which reported that ANC stalwart and former President Nelson Mandela had died.
ANC spokesperson, Brian Sokutu says, “These rumours are not only "malicious but insensitive" to the Madiba family and the South African nation.”
Sokutu says,”It also goes against the African culture and tradition to claim that a living person is dead.”
